Characteristics and revelation of the operation of medical system in Italy

The paper analyzes the overview, medical management and service system and the features thereof of Siena University Hospital and the universal health care in Italy based on the knowledge summarized in the 3-month further studying in Siena University Hospital, Italy. It also describes the characteristics of the social and humanistic services of the hospital that the author learnt during her study in Siena University Hospital. It is believed that Italy’s medical service system is not entirely suited to Chinese conditions. However, it is worth learning from the medical resource management, the working modes of specialist physicians, the humanistic services and concepts.
