督查反馈表在社区获得性肺炎质量管理中的应用

Application of the supervision feedback form in quality management of the community-acquired pneumonia

为提高单病种质量管理水平,以《特定(单)病种质量管理手册》(3.0版)为标准,设计了科学、可操作性强的单病种质量管理持续改进督查反馈表,并将其应用于社区获得性肺炎单病种管理。结果显示,应用督查反馈表进行管理后,该病种的核心质量指标大都较前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。认为使用督查反馈表能较好地对单病种质量指标进行量化并可客观评价指标的完成情况,实现对单病种管理的质量持续改进,督促和加速了科室对于病种的规范化管理。

A scientiifc and highly practical supervision feedback form for single disease sustainable quality management is designed on the basis of the Manuals for Quality Management of Speciifc (Single) Disease (Edition 3.0) in order to improve the quality management level of single disease. The form is applied to the single disease management of the community-acquired pneumonia. The results show that with application of the supervision feedback form for management, most core quality indexes of such disease are improved when compared to previous ones before application of the form. The difference is of statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). It is believed that use of the supervision feedback form will better quantify the quality index of single disease and give an objective evaluation to achievement of the indexes so as to realize sustainable quality improvement of single disease management. It urges and speeds up regulated management of diseases by the departments.
