三维及多平面重建CT技术在鼻部整形中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究三维及多平面重建CT技术在鼻部整形中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月在我院进行鼻部整容的就医人员40例作为研究对象,对所有的鼻部整形人员经采用CT检查资料,并结合CT影像资料和结果进行肋软骨隆鼻手术,分析手术后及6个月鼻部整形患者对于鼻背部、鼻头部、鼻根部整形手术的满意度、经CT测量患者手术前后鼻部重要解剖形态数据。结果三维以及多平面重建CT技术可以清晰准确的显示出鼻部整形就医人员的鼻部情况,主要包括就医人员的侧鼻骨情况、鼻部皮肤情况以及两侧鼻根是否对称的情况。对所有就医人员进行术后以及6个月的满意度随访,就医人员通过肋软骨隆鼻手术之后对于鼻背部、鼻头部、鼻根部及满意度分别为100%、97.5%、100%,6个月后随访就医人员对于鼻背部、鼻头部、鼻根部的满意度分别为97.5%、95%、100%,就医人员的术后整体满意度及6个月后的整体满意度无差异,(P> 0.05)。在术后以及术后6个月内对40例美容就医人员进行CT测量患者手术前后鼻部重要解剖形态。患者术后在鼻部各指标方面,和术后6个月对比无差异(P> 0.05)。结论三维以及多平面CT技术可以为肋软骨隆鼻手术提供全面准确的影像资料和数据,为成功的进行整形手术提供了有利的条件,提高了就医人员的满意度,值得临床广泛推广应用。 Objective To study the application value of three-dimensional and multi-planar reconstruction CT technique in nasal plastic surgery. Methods Forty patients who underwent nasal cosmetic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects. All patients with nasal plastic surgery were examined with CT data and combined with CT image data and results.Cartilage rhinoplasty was performed to analyze the satisfaction of nasal plastic surgery, nasal head, nose and nose plastic surgery and the important anatomical data of the nose before and after operation. Results Three-dimensional and multi-planar reconstruction CT technology can clearly and accurately show the nasal condition of the nose plastic surgeons, including the lateral nasal bone condition of the medical staff, the nasal skin condition and the symmetry of the nasal roots on both sides. All patients were followed up for 6 months, and the satisfaction of the medical staff through the costal cartilage rhinoplasty for the nasal, nasal, nasal and nasal roots was100%, 97.5%, 100%, respectively. After a month of follow-up, the satisfaction of the medical staff on the nose, nose, and nose was97.5%, 95%, and 100%, respectively. There was no difference in the overall postoperative satisfaction of the medical staff and the overall satisfaction after 6 months.(P > 0.05). 40 patients with cosmetic treatment were examined by CT in the postoperative and6 months postoperatively. There was no difference in the indexes of the nose between the patients and the 6 months after operation(P> 0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional and multi-planar CT technology can provide comprehensive and accurate image data and data for rib cartilage rhinoplasty, which provides favorable conditions for successful plastic surgery and improves the satisfaction of medical staff. It is worthy of clinical application.
