胃癌根治术后患者应用加味四逆泻心汤的疗效观察

目的探讨对胃癌根治术后患者选择加味四逆泻心汤进行治疗后获得的临床疗效。方法选择我院2004年06月~2012年09月收治的胃癌根治术后患者169例作为研究对象;安排所有胃癌根治术后患者抽签完成随机分组;对照组:FOLFOX4化疗;观察组:FOLFOX4化疗+加味四逆泻心汤;对比患者的累计生存率等。结果在累计生存率方面,观察组同对照组胃癌根治术后患者之间凸显差异(P<0.05)。结论对于胃癌根治术后患者,合理选择加味四逆泻心汤进行治疗,对于患者的复发转移率可以确保获得明显降低,进而可以确保胃癌根治术后患者的生存率获得显著提高。

objective To study the choice in patients with gastric cancer radical surgery flavored four inverse xie heart soup after the treatment of clinical efficacy.Methods Select our hospital from June 2004 to sep 2012 treated 169cases of patients with gastric cancer radical surgery as the research object;Arrange all randomized patients with gastric cancer radical surgery to draw complete;Control group:FOLFOX4chemotherapy;Observation group:FOLFOX4chemotherapy plus soup flavored four inverse xie heart;Contrast the cumulative survival rate,etc.Results In terms of the cumulative survival rate between observation group and control group in patients with gastric cancer radical surgery highlight differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable choice for patients with gastric cancer radical surgery,flavored soup treatment,four inverse xie heart for patients with recurrent metastatic rate can ensure significantly decreased,which can ensure get significantly improved the survival rates of patients with gastric cancer radical surgery.
