摘要
目的树立医院护士形象,提高护理规范化服务培训效果。方法通过建立医院护理规范服务培训基地,研究制定基地建设实施方案与培训计划,组织全院新护士分批次到规范服务培训基地进行培训,并将体验式教学模式融入培训过程中。比较护理人员接受培训前后形体素质、沟通能力、规范服务理论的达标情况。结果经过"规范服务培训基地"的培训,参训的160名护理人员中,考核成绩优秀者145名(占90%),良好者10名(占6.2%),合格者5名(占3.1%),无不合格者。培训后形体素质、沟通能力、规范服务理论考核成绩与接受培训前比较有显著提高。结论建立护理规范服务培训基地,实施体验式教学,是提升护士形象、提高护理服务水平的有效途径。
Objective To creat elegant nurses body,increase patients satisfaction and build high-quality nursing service brand in the hospital.Methods Standardized nursing service training base was established and experiential teaching was performed during the training process.Training effect was calculated before and after nursing service training.Results The standardized nursing service training base combined with experiential teaching method enhanced new nurses quality,improved nurses' body and communication capability individually.Conclusion The establishment of standardized nursing service training base combined with experiential teaching is proved to be an effective training way to improve the result of nursing service training.
