自我肯定意识对护理高校生与临床实习生心理健康影响的研究

目的探讨自我肯定意识对护理高校生与临床实习生心理健康影响。方法选用2015年2月至2017年2月期间的在校护理高校生254名和201名在院临床实习生作为此次研究对象,对护理高校生与临床实习生实施问卷答题的方式进行自我肯定意识和心理状况的调查,分析比较护理高校生与临床实习生自我肯定意识情况、心理健康状况情况。结果护理高校生与临床实习生自我肯定意识进行比较,护理高校生的自我接纳、自我实现、自我充实、自我表露明显更高,自我封闭、对人紧张明显更低,护理高校生与临床实习生的心理性应激、社会性应激、躯体性应激、应激程度、生活质量进行比较,护理高校生的心理性应激、社会性应激、躯体性应激、应激程度明显更低,生活质量评分明显更高,两者之间的比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理高校生与临床实习生是护理学员走向工作岗位之前所必经的两个学校阶段,通过护理高校生与临床实习生自我肯定意识对心理健康的研究,显示自我肯定意识能够直接影响心理健康状况,同时能够缓解外界对心理健康负面影响程度。

objective:to explore the psychological health effects of self-affirmation consciousness on nursing college students and clinical interns.Methods:choose in February 2015 to February 2015 during the period of school nursing colleges and universities have 254 and 201in the hospital clinical interns as the research object,for the birth and clinical nursing college interns questionnaire answer way,the sense of self-esteem and mental status of analysis and comparison clinical interns self-affirmation nursing college life and consciousness,mental health conditions.Results:nursing college life and consciousness of clinical interns self-affirmation,nursing college of self-acceptance,self-realization,enrichment,self-disclosure,significantly higher self closed,the people have significantly lower tension birth and clinical nursing college intern psychological stress,social stress,physical stress,stress level,compare the quality of life,nursing college of psychological stress,social stress,physical stress,significantly lower stress degree and the quality of life score significantly higher,the comparison between the two,there is statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:nursing college life and clinical interns are nursing students towards work is necessary before stage,the two schools by birth and clinical nursing college interns self-affirmation study on mental health consciousness,shows that sense of self-esteem can directly affect the mental health status,at the same time can reduce external negative effects on the mental health level.
