米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠的护理观察

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠的护理方法。方法从2015年11月至2016年10月共116例患者口服米非司酮和米索前列醇药物流产后的腹痛、出血、孕囊排出期间的护理。结果 97例患者顺利排出孕囊,7例不全流产,失败11例,口服米非司酮第二天发生大出血,紧急清宫术1例。结论药物流产是一种安全、有效、方便、痛苦小的流产方法,做好服药指导、心理护理、病情观察和有效方法助排孕囊、术后健康宣教完善,是患者安全和药物流产顺利的有效保证。

Objective:To explore the nursing of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in termination of early pregnancy.Method:The nursing of a total of 116 patients with oral mifepristone and misoprostol from November 2015 to October 2016 suffered abdominal pain,bleeding,pregnant sac discharge after abortion.Result:97patients discharged gestational sac smoothly,7cases had incomplete abortion,11 cases failed and one suffered emergency curettage because of hemorrhoea the next day of oral mifepristone.Conclusion:Drug abortion was a safe,effective,convenient,little pain method.It was guarantee that medicine instruction,metal nursing,condition observation,effective method helping the discharge of pregnancy sac and improvement of health education after operation to ensure the safety of patients and drug abortion.
