自拟中药灌肠用于直肠炎患者治疗中的临床研究

目的研究自拟中药灌肠用于直肠炎患者治疗中的临床效果。方法研究对象筛选我院60例患者。依随机方法划分为对照组(常规治疗法)和研究组各30例(中药灌肠治疗法)。对两组最终的治疗效果进行分析和对比。结果研究组治疗总体有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床腹痛、腹泻、腹胀、里急后重、黏液便等各种表现症状的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论对病人采用自拟中药灌肠治疗方法,效果显著,该方法值得大力推广。

objective:to study the traditional Chinese medicine enema for outpatient treatment of patients with clinical effect.Methods:the research object of our hospital 60 cases of clinic patients According to the method of random divided into control group(conventional treatment methods)and group 30 cases each(in traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment).Treatment of two groups of final effect are analyzed and compared.Results:the treatment results comparison after the team overall effective rate is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);Team clinical abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distension,tenesmus and mucus then the incidence of all kinds of symptom significantly lower than control group(P< 0.05);The team adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than control group(P< 0.05).Discussion:the outpatient to adopt the traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment effect is remarkable,in patients with clinical symptoms improved significantly and the adverse reaction rate is low,the method is worth promoting.
