责任制护理在急性下肢深静脉血栓置管溶栓患者的应用效果分析

Effect of Accountability Nursing in Patients Undergoing Catheter-directed Thrombolysis for Acute Deep Vein Thrombosis in Lower Extremity

目的分析责任制护理对急性下肢深静脉血栓置管溶栓患者应用效果、心理状态及不良反应的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年1月接收的86例急性下肢深静脉血栓置管溶栓患者资料,其中行常规护理的43例患者设对照组,行责任制护理的43例患者设研究组,比对两组心理状态与不良反应。结果研究组心理状态评分与不良反应发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论急性DVT置管溶栓患者行责任制护理可降低不良不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of accountability nursing in patients undergoing catheter-directed thrombolysis for acute deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity and its effects on their psychological state and the adverse reactions.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients undergoing catheter-directed thrombolysis for acute deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity in our hospital between January 2016 and January 2017 were selected.The 43 cases who had received routine nursing were set as the control group,and the other 43 cases given accountability nursing as the observation group.The psychological state of the patients and the adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The score of psychological status and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were shown to be lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing catheter-directed thrombolysis for acute DVT,accountability nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
