摘要
目的探讨人性化护理服务在医院体检中心临床应用中的应用价值。方法选取2014年12月——2015年12月于我院体检中心接受体检者共90例,作为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各45例,对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组患者给予人性化护理服务,对比两组采用不同护理方式,两组患者的体检时间、体检效率评分、体检质量评分,同时,对比两组患者的满意度。结果两组患者的满意度经对比,观察组患者的满意度91.11%明显高于对照组患者的73.33%。组间对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在医院体检中心临床应用中,进行人性化护理服务,能有效减少体检时间,提高体检效率和体检质量,获得较高的满意度,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of humanistic nursing service in hospital physical examination centers. Methods A total of 90 patients receiving physical examination in our clinical examination center from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects,who were randomized into the observation group and control group each consisting of 45 patients; patients in the control group were given conventional nursing service,and patients in the observation group were given humanistic nursing service;the two groups were compared for examination duration,examination efficiency score,examination quality score,as well as patient satisfaction rate. Results The patient satisfaction rate in the observation group( 91. 11%) was significantly higher than 73. 33% in the control group,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In clinical application in the hospital physical examination center,humanistic nursing service effectively reduced the examination duration,improved the examination efficiency and quality,and achieved higher patient satisfaction,supporting its further application.
