某院2015年门诊处方点评及用药分析

目的为临床合理用药提供参考。方法从我院2015年门诊处方中每月抽取处方,共计41130张。依据《处方管理办法》《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》进行质量及不合理用药的点评和分析。结果不合理处方412张,其中不规范处方259张,不适宜处方153张,分别占不合理处方数的62.86%、37.14%。我院2015年平均用药数为2.73,抗菌药物平均使用率为9.12%,注射剂平均使用率为8.79%,基本药物平均使用率为50.9%,药品通用名使用率为100%,处方评价金额为256.59元。结论通过处方点评,有助于提高临床医师合理用药水平,从而保障医疗安全。

objective To provide reference for the rational use of drug in clinic. METHODS Prescriptions were randomly collected monthly from outpatient department of our hospital in 2015,totally 41130. "Prescription Administration Policy","Hospital Prescription Comment Practice( Trial) "were used for the review and analyzing the irrational drug use and prescription quality. RESULTS 412 prescriptions were irrational,259( 62. 86%) were irregular prescriptions,153( 37. 14%) were unsuitable prescriptions. Average of 2. 73 drugs were prescribed per prescription of our hospital in 2015,with antibiotic use prescribed in 9. 12%,injections prescribed in 8. 79%,essential drugs prescribed in 50. 9%,generic drug name use in 100%,average drug cost per prescription of 256. 59 元.CONCLUSION Through prescription evaluation,it could help to improve rational drug use of clinicians,which can help ensure medication satety.
