急性心肌梗死恢复期患者中罗伊适应护理模式的应用研究

Application of Roy's Adaptation Model in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction at Convalescence Stage

目的探讨罗伊适应护理模式在急性心肌梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果与临床价值。方法选取84例处于恢复期的急性心肌梗死患者,按照随机综合序贯法分为参照组与适应组,分别接受常规护理和罗伊适应护理模式。对比康复效果和护理前后负性情绪变化。结果适应组康复效果分布情况与参照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且前者康复总有效率远高于后者(P<0.05);护理后适应组与参照组负性情绪量化评分均远低于本组内护理前(P<0.05),且护理后适应组负性情绪量化评分均远低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论罗伊适应模式应用于急性心肌梗死恢复期患者中能够协同改善康复效果,还可及时缓解甚至消除负性情绪。

Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of Roy's Adaptation Model in patients with acute myocardial infarction at convalescence stage. Methods 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction at convalescence stage were selected. They were divided into the reference group and the adaptive group according to the random combination and sequential method,which were respectively given routine nursing and Roy's Adaptation Model for nursing care. The changes of rehabilitation effects and negative emotions before and after nursing were compared. Results The rehabilitation effect distribution showed significant difference between the adaptation group and the reference group( P < 0. 05) and the total effective rate of rehabilitation in the former group was shown to be far higher than the latter( P < 0. 05); the negative emotions quantitative scores in both the adaptation group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the scores in the adaptation group was far lower than that in the reference group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Roy Adaptation Model can improve the rehabilitation effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction at the convalescence stage,and can relieve or even eliminate negative emotion in time.
