老年子宫脱垂优质护理方法与效果研究

目的研究老年子宫脱垂优质护理方法与效果。方法将2015年1月到2016年12月期间于我院接受治疗的100例老年子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象。将其随机均分为对照组和试验组。给予对照组患者常规护理方式,给予试验组患者优质护理。比较两组患者护理前后不良情绪评分,并对两组患者的护理满意进行比较。结果两组患者护理前的抑郁评分和焦虑评分相比P>0.05,经过护理后两组评分均得到明显改善,但试验组护理后评分明显优于对照组,两组数据相比P<0.05。并且试验组患者的护理满意度较对照组明显更高,两组数据相比P<0.05。结论老年子宫脱垂应有优质护理的效果显著,能明显改善患者的不良情绪,具有较高临床推广价值。

Objective To study the quality nursing methods and effects of senile uterine prolapse. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with uterine prolapse were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and test group. Given the control group of patients with routine care,given the test group of patients with quality care. The scores of adverse emotions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group,the scores of depression and anxiety were significantly higher than those of the control group( P > 0. 05). The scores of the two groups were significantly improved after nursing care,but the scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group The And the satisfaction rate of the patients in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P < 0. 05 compared with the two groups. Conclusion Elderly uterine prolapse should have high quality nursing effect,can significantly improve the patient's negative emotions,with high clinical value.
