宜宾县围绝经期妇女对激素替代治疗认知度的调查

Understanding and perception of hormone replacement therapy in perimenopausal women in yibin country

目的通过对门诊就诊的围绝经期妇女对这一时期相关保健知识和对激素替代治疗(HRT)的认知度和接受性的调查,为开展围绝经期妇女保健宣教和激素替代治疗提供依据。方法 2015年3月至2015年9月期间在宜宾县妇幼保健院门诊就诊的自愿参加调查的围绝经期妇女376名为研究对象,采用问卷调查。结果围绝经期妇女对激素替代治疗的知晓率和接受性低,分别为17.3%和37.5%。结论针对围绝经期妇女保健知识和激素替代治疗知晓率低的情况,妇幼保健院应加强健康教育宣传和咨询,帮助其掌握科学的保健方法。

objective The outpatients of perimenopausal women in the period of knowledge related to health and hormone replacement therapy( HRT) awareness and acceptance of the investigation,provide the basis for carrying out health education in perimenopausal women and hormone replacement therapy. Methods From March 2015 to September 2015,376 perimenopausal women who participated in the outpatient clinic of Yibin maternal and child health care hospital were selected as the subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results the awareness of perimenopausal women on hormone replacement therapy and acceptance is low,at 17. 3% and 37. 5% respectively. Conclusion in view of the low awareness rate of perimenopausal women's health care knowledge and hormone replacement therapy,MCH hospital should strengthen health education,publicity and consultation,and help them master the scientific health care methods.
