免疫功能与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检验对小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床意义

目的探讨免疫功能和hs-CRP检验对小儿支原体肺炎的临床价值。方法选取我院于2015年6月~2016年6月期间所收治的支原体肺炎患儿共60例,其中40例为重症患儿,20例为轻度患儿,并选取体检健康的儿童40例作为本次的参照组。本次所有研究的患儿在治疗前均行速率散射比浊法,对血清免疫球蛋白、hs-CRP以及TNF-α等水平进行测定,并对比分析三组儿童的指标结果。结果重症患儿组、轻度患儿组的Ig G、Ig M等水平高于参照组患儿,Ig A水平低于参照组患儿,组间对比呈现为P<0.05的差异性。重症组患儿的Ig G以及Ig M等指标高于轻度患儿组,Ig A水平低于轻度患儿组。结论进行免疫功能和超敏C反应蛋白的检验测定,可以帮助医师对病症进行更深一步的了解,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。

objective To investigate the clinical value of immune function and hs-CRP test in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016,40 cases were severe children,20 were mild children and healthy children were selected. Example as this reference group. In this study,the levels of serum immunoglobulin,hs-CRP and TNF-α were measured before and after treatment,and the results of three groups of children were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of Ig G and Ig M in the children with severe children and mild children were higher than those in the reference group. The Ig A level was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups showed P < 0. 05. The levels of Ig G and Ig M in the critically ill group were higher than those in the mild group,and the Ig A level was lower than that in the mild group. Conclusion The determination of immune function and high sensitivity C-reactive protein can help physicians to understand the disease more deeply,which plays an important role in clinical research.
