小儿肠梗阻中DR技术的应用效果分析

目的分析小儿肠梗阻中DR技术的应用效果。方法本次研究中抽取的40例小儿肠梗阻患者其入选时间为我院2015年7月-2016年9月期间,所有患儿实施DR检查,对其X线拍摄和诊断情况进行探究,随后和病理结果予以比对。结果 40例患儿进行DR检查后可知,37例患儿为肠梗阻,诊断正确率为92.5%,和病理诊断结果相比较数据间产生统计学意义。与此同时患儿进行直立检查后其腹部平片能够看到肠拌胀气,肠管中气体和液体会产生液平面,积气现象会表现为半圆型,高位小肠梗阻,其肠管中能够看到阴影,低位小肠梗阻并未出现阴影,结肠梗阻阴影表现为半月形。结论将DR技术应用于小儿肠梗阻诊断中,其临床应用价值存在。

Objective to analysis the application effect of DR technology in pediatric intestinal obstruction. Methods the study of 40 cases of pediatric patients with intestinal obstruction of the selected time for our July 2015-September 2016,all children with DR check,the X-ray film and explore the diagnosis,then to compare and pathological results. Results 40 cases of DR after checking,37 cases of intestinal obstruction,diagnostic accuracy was 92. 5%,compared with the pathological diagnosis between data have statistical significance. Meanwhile upright preoperation inspection after the abdominal plain film can see im mix bilge gas,intestinal canal in gas and liquid will produce liquid plane,pneumatosis phenomenon will show the semi-circular,high small intestinal obstruction,the blind can see shadows,there was no shadow,small intestinal obstruction low junction obstruction shadow show the half moon. Conclusion applying DR technology without intestinal obstruction diagnosis,the clinical application value.
