序贯机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病重症呼吸衰竭的疗效分析

Sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure

目的本研究对序贯机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病重症呼吸衰竭的疗效进行分析。方法选取我院治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病重症呼吸衰竭患者90例,根据患者治疗的方法分为实验组和对照组各45例,实验组运用序贯机械通气,对照组运用有创机械通气。结果两组患者在呼吸频率、心率情况、Pa O2、Pa CO2、PH值指标均差异不显著;但在并发症、死亡率、住院时间、通气时间方面差异显著。结论临床上采用序贯机械通气对于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病重症呼吸衰竭具有显著效果。

objective To study the effect of sequential mechanical ventilation on severe respiratory failure in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group( 45 cases). The experimental group was treated with sequential mechanical ventilation. The control group was treated with invasive mechanical ventilation The Results There were significant differences in respiratory rate,heart rate,Pa O2,Pa CO2 and PH values between the two groups. However,there were significant differences in complications,mortality,hospitalization time and ventilation time. Conclusion The sequential use of sequential mechanical ventilation has a significant effect on the treatment of severe respiratory failure in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
