构建大学生社区志愿服务长效机制的实践与思考——以玉林师范学院为例

Practice and Thinking of Building a Long-term Mechanism for Community Volunteer Service of College Students——A Case Study of Yulin Normal University

构建大学生社区志愿服务长效机制对于提高大学生思想道德修养和促进大学生全面发展,创新高校人才培养的实践途径,加强社会管理和促进社区和谐起着积极的作用。本文以玉林师范学院开展社区志愿服务为例,在建立健全严密科学的组织体系,规范项目化运行管理,加强系统化培训,健全激励保障机制等方面对构建大学生社区志愿服务长效机制进行探讨。

It plays an active role to build long-term mechanism for community volunteer service of college students, for improving ideological and moral cultivation and promoting the overall development of college students, for training innovative personnel practical ways to strengthen social management and promote community harmony. We’ll take Yulin Normal University’s community volunteer service as an example in this paper, to discuss building of a long-term mechanism of university student community volunteer service, from the aspects including establishing a rigorous and scientific organization system, standardizing operation and management of the project, strengthening systematic training, and improving the incentive mechanism, etc.
