天宫石斛组培苗开花的研究

Study on Flowering of Tissue Culture Seedlings of Dendrobium Tiangong

以天宫石斛无菌苗作为材料,利用植物组织培养技术对影响天宫石斛开花的因素进行初步研究,探究不同激素、不同激素浓度、附加物对天宫石斛开花的影响.实验结果表明:天宫石斛生长的最佳方案为NAA0.4mg/L+6-BA0.6mg/L;在探究不同激素对天宫石斛开花的过程中发现NAA与PP333的效果最好,最佳浓度为NAA 0.2mg/L+PP333 0.4mg/L;无论是加入土豆汁还是香蕉汁对天宫石斛开花的影响并不大,所以附加物对天宫石斛的试管开花并无明显作用.

In this paper;the plant tissue culture technique was used to study the flowering factors of Dendrobium aphyllum;and the effects of different hormones;different hormoneconcentrations and appendages on the flowering of Dendrobium aphyllum were investigated by using no vaccine as material. The experimental results showed that the best solution for the growth of Dendrobium aphyllum was NAA 0.4 mg/L+6-BA 0.6 mg/L;and it was found that NAA and PP333 had the best effect when different hormones were involved inflowering of Dendrobium aphyllum;and the best scheme was NAA 0.2 mg/L+PP333 0.4 mg/L. It was found that the effect of adding potato juice or banana juice on the flowering of Dendrobium aphyllum was not significant;so the additive had no obvious effect on the flowering of Dendrobium aphyllum in vitro.
