农村教师担负着提升农村基础教育质量的历史重任,因此农村教师提升自身专业素质是当务之急。农村教师要提升自身素质必须不断完善教师人格,养成良好的心理素质;树立终身学习的理念,不断更新自身专业知识和综合知识;并且还要重视自身职业生涯的规划,明确职业生涯发展目标。

Rural teachers shoulder the historic task of improving the quality of basic education in rural areas,so it is urgent for rural teachers to improve their professional quality. To improve their own quality,rural teachers must constantly improve their personality and develop good psychological quality;establish the concept of lifelong learning,constantly update their professional knowledge and comprehensive knowledge;and also pay attention to their career planning,clear career development goals.
