党的十九大报告提出新时代中国特色社会主义思想,为增强高校思想政治教育的时代性和实效性,实现高等教育的高质量发展提供了新的理论视角,本文在分析高校思想政治教育发展的历史性变革和方位基础上,剖析高校思想政治教育面临的时代矛盾和主要问题,提出在高校"四个伟大"教育、"双一流"建设和思想政治理论课质量提高等三方面,从而提高大学生的历史使命感和时代责任担当,增强高校思想政治教育的时代感召力和引导力,因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,促进新时代高校思想政治教育的实效性增强和高质量发展。
