摘要
国家教委于1994年3月份颁布了《高等师范学校学生的教师职业技能训练大纲》,各高校的师范类学科均根据此大纲针对师范生教学技能考核制定了一套严格标准。它们既有共同点,又因学科不同而独具特色。思政专业的师范生技能考核标准相对其他专业来说具有意识形态性、专业学科多元性和因授课理性程度不同而导致感性向理性过度的特点。这些特点要求全体师生在实施该标准时必须坚持定性与定量相结合、教学内容与手段协调、考核环节求同存异等原则,以便于对该标准的实施效果从高校内部见习评估、师范生教育实习效果、思政师范生就业质量、专业评估效果等进行评价,更好地完善考核标准。
In March 1994,the State Education Commission promulgated the Outline of Vocational Skills Train?ing for Teachers in Teachers’Colleges and Universities.According to the Outline,a set of strict standards for the assessment of teachers’teaching skills have been formulated.They have both common ground and unique charac?teristics because of different disciplines.Compared with other majors,the skill assessment criteria for normal stu?dents majoring in Ideological and political education have the characteristics of ideology,diversification of profes?sional disciplines and excessive perception to rationality due to the different degree of teaching rationality.These characteristics require all teachers and students to adhere to the principles of combining qualitative and quantita?tive analysis,coordinating teaching contents and means,seeking common ground while reserving differences in as?sessment links,so as to evaluate the implementation effect of the standard from the aspects of internship evaluation within universities,internship effect of normal students’education,employment quality of Ideological and political normal students and professional evaluation effect,and to better improve the assessment criteria.
