A Study on the Bad Regulations of Sicheng Prefecture in Guangxi from Yongzheng to Guangxu Period

广西泗城府改土归流后的社会面貌和民生状况,文献资料很少,研究成果不多。王熙远1992年发现了六块《广西少数民族地区石刻碑文集》没有收录的碑刻,都是记载归流后泗城府地区官府禁革陋规、私派的官方文书。解读剖析这些碑文可以窥见,归流之后的泗城府地区,壮族民众长期遭受各种陋规勒索,官民矛盾尖锐,社会发展进步缓慢。

As for the social outlook and livelihood of Sicheng Prefecture in Guangxi after bureaucratization of native officers(BNO),the research findings are scarce due to the lack of literature.In 1992,Wang Xiyuan discovered six inscriptions which were not included in The Collection of Stone Inscriptions in Minority Areas of Guangxi.They are all official documents that recorded the corrupt rules and illegal dispatch of the local government in Sicheng Prefecture after BNO.Through the analysis of these inscriptions,we can see that after BNO,the Zhuang people had been subjected to various bad rules and extortions for a long time,the contradictions between the officials and the people were sharp,and the progress of social development was slow.
