Practice and Reflection of Party Building Work in Dormitory for College Students in the New Period

从高校综合改革背景出发,分析了学生党建工作进宿舍的必要性、存在的问题、面临的挑战。结合玉林师范学院文学与传媒学院学生党建工作进宿舍的实践探索,本文从整体规划、协同发展、树立服务育人理念和建立健全工作机制等方面,就推进和完善高校学生党建工作进宿舍这一载体,进行了思考,提出了建议。

Based on the background of comprehensive reform in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the necessity,existing problems and challenges of students’party building work entering dormitories.In combination with the practice and exploration of party building for students in School of Literature and Media of Yulin Normal University,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the carrier of party building for college students in dormitory from the aspects of overall planning,coordinated development,setting up the concept of service and education and establishing and perfecting the working mechanism.
