以人为本：高校学籍管理的策略分析——基于《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的视角

2017年2月新版《普通高等学校学生管理规定》颁布后,引发各级教育主管部门、各高校积极组织校领导、管理人员及专任教师认真学习和积极领会,并将其运用到日常管理与教育教学当中。在学籍管理方面,'新规'具有更大程度的灵活性,给予各高等学校充分的自主权,体现了更多的人文关怀。随着科技进步与社会发展,为更好地培养社会主义建设者和接班人,高校的学籍管理必须在'新规'的基础上,顺应新时代要求,坚持以立德树人为根本,遵循以人为本理念,以服务学生为导向,做好学生管理工作。

After the promulgation of the new edition of'Regulations on Student Management in Universities and Colleges'in February 2017,it has aroused all levels of education authorities,colleges and universities to actively organize school leaders,managers and full-time teachers to study and understand conscientiously,and apply it to daily management and education and teaching.In the aspect of student status management,the'new regulations'have greater flexibility and give colleges and universities full autonomy,reflecting more humanistic care complex.With the progress of science and technology and the development of society,in order to better train socialist builders and successors,the management of students’status in Colleges and universities must be based on the'new regulations',comply with the requirements of the new era,so as to do improvement the working efficiency of student management.
