免疫学检验的临床影响因素及其质量控制分析

Clinical factors of immunology testing and quality control analysis

目的综合分析免疫学检验的临床影响因素,为进行免疫学检验的患者提供质量控制方面的数据参考。方法选取我院收治的免疫学检验患者临床资料113例,采取自行设计的免疫学检验临床质量控制表,主要内容包括标本的采集、标本的保存、标本的处理、实验室的温度与湿度、相关试剂的准备以及洗液更换等情况。结果影响免疫学检验患者质量的临床因素比较多,各因素数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫学检验的临床影响因素较多,需要通过提高实验室工作人员的整体素质和严格按照实验室的相关规定进行操作等措施来有效避免免疫学检验的临床影响因素。

Objective To analyze the immunological test clinical factors and provide quality control data reference for the treatment of immunological test patients. Methods Selected 113 cases' data with immunological test in our hospital, the data evaluated by self-designed laboratory immunology clinical quality control table, and the main contents of the table included sample collection, specimen preservation, specimen treatment, laboratory temperature and humidity, related reagent preparation and fluid replacement. Results The clinical factors affect the quality of the immunological test included the quality of personnel, failure to prepare the relevant provisions, specimen quality, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion In order to prevent the clinical factors of immunological assay, the hospitals need to improve the overall quality of staff of the laboratory and in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the laboratory to carry out operations and take other measures to effectively prevent clinical factors immunology tests.
