康复护理对腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation

目的对腹部手术患者实施康复护理干预,观察其对患者胃肠功能恢复和护理满意度的影响作用。方法选取于我院就诊的120例腹部手术患者,随机将其分为两组,各60例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以康复护理干预;观察患者胃肠功能恢复情况、患者满意度。结果观察组首次排气、排便及肠鸣音的恢复时间分别为(20.6±1.3)h、(32.2±5.4)h、(15.1±2.3)h,且患者腹胀程度得分为(1.2±0.5)分,均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者满意度为90.0%,明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论适当施以康复护理干预,有利于患者胃肠功能的恢复,提高患者护理满意度,改善患者生存质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function of patients with abdominal surgery. Methods Selected 120 cases of abdominal surgery patients in our hospital, the patients were randomly assigned to two groups. control group were treated with routine care, the observation group subjected to rehabilitation nursing intervention. The gastrointestinal function recovery of patients and patients’ satisfaction were used as an index to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of conventional nursing and rehabilitation nursing of two groups.Results In the observation group, the first exhaust and defecation and intestinal sound recovery time respectively were(20.6±1.3)h,(32.2±5.4)h,(15.1±2.3)h and the degree of patients with abdominal distention score was(1.2±0.5), which were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05). Postoperative observation group patients’ satisfaction was 90%,significantly higher than that of the control group(70%), with significant statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention appropriately is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients,improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce patient subjective discomfort and pain, promote the recovery of the disease and improve the patients’ quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
