咸阳市妇产医院2005例妊娠晚期孕妇血清维生素A、E水平分析 被引量:1

Analysis of serum levels of vitamin A and E in 2 005 late pregnancy women of Xianyang City Maternity Hospital

摘要 目的分析陕西中医药大学第二附属医院(咸阳市妇产医院)2 005例妊娠晚期孕妇血清维生素A、E水平,掌握本地区妊娠晚期孕妇维生素营养状况,为指导孕妇妊娠期合理补充维生素提供依据。方法收集2016年2月至2017年12月咸阳市妇产医院妊娠晚期血清样本2 005份,采用高效液相色谱法测定血清维生素A、E水平。结果 2 005例妊娠晚期孕妇的血清维生素A正常率82.19%,平均值(0.4405±0.0894)mg/L。总体异常率17.81%,其中缺乏率17.06%,平均值(0.2444±0.0446)mg/L;过量率0.75%,平均值(0.7633±0.0424)mg/L。血清维生素E正常率76.11%,平均值(14.7504±2.9927)mg/L;异常率23.89%,均表现为过量,平均值(24.3088±5.7600)mg/L。结论妊娠晚期孕妇血清维生素A以缺乏为主,维生素E以过量为主,因此重视孕期维生素A、E水平监测,合理正确补充,对保障母婴安全有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the serum levels of vitamin A and E in 2 005 late pregnancy women of Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine(Xianyang City Maternity Hospital), and to understand vitamin nutritional status in late pregnancy women in this area and to provide guidance for rational vitamin supplementation for pregnant women during pregnancy. Methods A total of 2 005 serum samples of late pregnant women from February 2016 to December 2017 in Xianyang City Maternity Hospital were collected, then the high performance liquid chromatography method was used to determine the levels of serum vitamin A and E. Results The normal rate of serum vitamin A was 82.19% in 2 005 late pregnant women, with an average of(0.4405 ±0.0894) mg/L. The overall abnormal rate was 17.81%, in which, the deficiency rate was 17.06%, with an average of(0.2444±0.0446) mg/L;the overdose rate was 0.75%, with an average of(0.7633±0.0424) mg/L. The normal rate of serum vitamin E was 76.11%, with an average of(14.7504±2.9927) mg/L;and the abnormal rate was 23.89%, all of which showed excessive, with an average of(24.3088±5.7600) mg/L. Conclusion The serum levels of vitamin A are mainly deficient, while vitamin E are excessive, therefore attaching great importance to the monitoring of vitamin A and E levels during pregnancy, guiding rational correct vitamins supplement have important significance to the safety of maternal and fetal.
