空腹血糖筛查糖尿病高危人群的研究

Study on fasting plasma glucose screening for high risk people with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨空腹血糖(FPG)在我国西北地区糖尿病初步诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2013年1月至2018年5月在陕西省宝鸡市某三甲医院进行FPG测定及葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)的684例患者为研究对象,采用逻辑回归分析方法,找出糖尿病患者的最佳FPG指标诊断截点。结果没有一个确定的FPG值能完全准确地筛查出糖尿病患者,但FPG水平与糖尿病的患病概率呈正相关。结论在糖尿病初步诊断中,FPG指标的最佳诊断截点为5.64 mmol/L,即患者FPG水平大于该值可初步诊断为糖尿病。

Objective To explore the application value of fasting plasma glucose(FPG) in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus in Northwest China. Methods A total of 684 patients undergoing measurement of FPG and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) were selected from January 2013 to May 2018 in a third-class hospital in baoji city of shaanxi province were selected as the study objects. Logistic regression analysis was used to find the optimal cut-off point for FPG in diabetic mellitus patients. Results There was no sure FPG level that can completely and accurately screen diabetic mellitus patients,but the FPG level was positively correlated with the risk of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion In the initial diagnosis of diabetes mellitus, the best cut-off point forf FPG is 5.64 mmol/L, which means we could initial think the people with diabetes mellitus when his(her) FPG value greater than the cut-off point.
