参芪补肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺气虚证患者的疗效及运动功能的影响

Effect of Shenqi Bufei decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in stable stage with syndrome of lung-Qi deficiency and its effect on motor function

目的评价参芪补肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺气虚证患者的疗效及对运动功能的影响。方法选择我院收治的104例COPD稳定期肺气虚证患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。两组均给予常规西医治疗,观察组加服参芪补肺汤。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%、6-MWD和CAT评分均明显改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的总显效率和治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。患者均无不良反应发生。结论参芪补肺汤治疗COPD稳定期肺气虚证患者,可改善其整体疗效、肺功能、运动功能及生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Shenqi Bufei decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients in stable stage with syndrome of lung-Qi deficiency and its effect on motor function. Methods A total of 104 patients with COPD in stable stage with syndrome of lung-Qi deficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 52 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group added Shenqi Bufei decoction. The treatment effects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEV1%, 6-MWD and CAT scores of the two groups significantly improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total markedly effective rate and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). None of the patients had adverse reactions. Conclusion Shenqi Bufei decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patiens in stable stage with syndrome of lung-Qi deficiency can improve the overall treatment effect, the lung function, motor function and quality of life.
