摘要
目的探究目标策略的针对性护理干预在大面积足部皮肤组织缺损跨区供血小腿前外侧皮瓣移植术围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取我院大面积足部皮肤组织缺损行跨区供血小腿前外侧皮瓣移植术患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40,常规护理干预)与观察组(n=40,目标策略的针对性护理干预)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组皮瓣存活率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组供区皮肤结痂时间、愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论目标策略的针对性护理干预应用于大面积足部皮肤组织缺损跨区供血小腿前外侧皮瓣移植术围手术期,可缩短患者供区皮肤结痂时间、愈合时间,提高皮瓣存活率及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention with target strategy in perioperative period of anterolateral crural flap transplantation with extra-territorial blood supply for large area foot skin tissue defect.Methods Eighty patients with anterolateral crural flap transplantation with extra-territorial blood supply for large area foot skin tissue defect in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into the control group(n=40,routine nursing intervention) and observation group(n =40, targeted nursing intervention with target strategy) by random digital table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The survival rate of skin flap in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The scabbing time and healing time of donor skin in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention with target strategy applied in perioperative period of anterolateral crural flap transplantation with extra-territorial blood supply for large area foot skin tissue defect can shorten the scarring time and healing time of donor site skin and improve survival rate and nursing satisfaction.
