摘要
目的研究综合护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者的护理效果。方法选取我院慢性乙型肝炎患者84例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(综合护理干预),每组42例。比较两组患者护理后依从性、疾病知识掌握情况及生活质量评分。结果观察组的总依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组发病诱因、用药情况、自我防护的知识掌握评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的自理能力、身体状态、心理健康、社会功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预能够提高慢性乙肝患者依从性,并且能改善其生活质量。
Objective To study the nursing effect of comprehensive nur sing intervention on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention) and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)by random number method, with 42 cases in each group. The post-nursing compliance, knowledge of disease and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the knowledge of inducement, medication and self-protection in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05). After nursing, the groups scores of self-care ability, physical condition, mental health and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance and improve their quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
