Investigation on the current situation of medical record department in secondary and higher medical institutions in Xining city medical alliance

通过对西宁市首家四级紧密型医联体内二级及二级以上医疗机构病案科的现况进行调查,了解医联体内病案科设置、人员配备、从业人员基本情况,得出医联体内病案科的发展相对滞后,领导重视程度有待提高,工作职能不够全面,人员紧缺且配比不合理,需提高各级领导对病案管理的认识,规范学科设置,加强对病案管理人员的教育培训,提高病案管理人员的数量和质量。

Through the investigation of the current situation of the medical records department in secondary and higher medical institutions in the first four-level close medical alliance in Xining, to understand the basic situation of medical record department setting, staffing and general situation of employees in the medical alliance. It is concluded that the development of medical record department in medical alliance was relatively lagging behind, leaders’ attention needed to be improved, the work function was not comprehensive enough, and there was a shortage of personnel and the ratio was not reasonable. It is necessary to improve the understanding of leaders at all levels of medical record management, standardize discipline setting and strengthen the education and training of medical record administrators, improve the quantity and quality of medical record administrators.
