眼底成像检测用模型眼的研制及应用

摘要 眼底成像检测类设备是眼科检查必不可少的设备,目前国内测量该类设备的准确性尚没有统一的模型眼。现基于GullstrandⅠ号模型眼,设计一种用于检测眼底成像设备的模型眼,并将模型眼应用于眼底照相机的检测。检测结果表明,将ISO10940:2009《眼科仪器眼底照相机》中的测量方法与采用模型眼检测相比,视场角结果相对偏差0.2%,分辨力结果一致。模型眼可替代ISO10940:2009中的测量方法,用作检测眼底成像设备。 Fundus imaging device is an essential ophthalmic examination instrument, but there is no unified model eye to measure accuracy of fundus imaging device. Based on the Gullstrand I model eye, a model eye for testing fundus imaging device is designed. The model eye have been developed and applied to fundus camera testing. The results show that, comparing the results using the measurement methods in ISO10940:2009 Ophthalmic instruments—Fundus cameras with using the model eye, the relative deviation of field angle results is 0.2% and the relative deviation of resolution results is 0. The model eye can be used for testing fundus imaging device instead of the test method in ISO10940:2009.
