目的研制一种分层、便携、轮式、实用的新型医疗箱,以提高机动卫勤分队应急装(卸)载及展开的时效性。方法采取三层空间设计,对野战医疗箱内物品进行分格分类放置,物品与物品之间有缓冲包装,三层空间都有移动开口,箱顶有背带,箱底四角有万向轮。结果新型便携式野战医疗箱具有携带方便、使用方便、性能稳定、功能齐全等特点,装(卸)载时间和展开时间较传统医疗箱均能缩短一半,更具有实效性。结论新型便携式医疗箱为野战医疗队和应急分队的快速出动提供了有力保障,也为快速展开救治赢得了时间。

ObjectiveTo design and develop a new wheeled and portable medical kit to improve the timeliness of emergency loading and unloading and deployment of mobile health teams.Methods The research based on hospital combat readiness,examination and medical conditions,such as fast response,according to a portable,loading and unloading capability and application function of the design requirements,adopt three layers of space design,the items in the cabinet frame classification placed,a buffer between goods and goods packaging design,three layers of space design have mobile openings,roof design have straps,the corners of the bottom design has a universal wheel,develop a layered,portable,wheel,practical new type medical kit.Results The new type of portable medical kit is easy to carry,easy to move,easy to put,stable performance,complete function,easy to take characteristics of loading(discharging)load time and on time than traditional medical kits can shorten half the time,has more efficiency.Conclusion The new portable medical box provides a strong guarantee for the rapid dispatch of field medical teams and emergency teams,and also buys time for the rapid deployment and treatment.
