综合护理在肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Rib Fracture Complicated with Hemopneumothorax

目的探讨综合护理在肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月收治的170例肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者,按照护理方法不同分成对照组和观察组,每组85例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组护理满意度、治疗依从性以及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理满意度以及治疗依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者进行综合护理能够加快骨折愈合,缓解血气胸症状,改善预后,且患者护理满意度及治疗依从性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods and effects of rib fracture combined with hematopneumothorax. Methods 170 patients with rib fracture complicated with hemopneumothorax from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The nursing satisfaction, patient compliance and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction and compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statically significant(P<0.05), and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with rib fracture combined with hemopneumothorax can accelerate fracture healing, relieve symptoms of hemopneumothorax, improve prognosis, improve patient satisfaction and compliance with nursing, and has positive clinical application value.
