子宫下段压迫缝合联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗剖宫产术中子宫下段出血产妇的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Lower Uterine Segment Compression Suture Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the Treatment of Parturients with Lower Uterine Segment Hemorrhage During Cesarean Section

目的探讨子宫下段压迫缝合联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗剖宫产术中子宫下段出血产妇的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年9月于医院行剖宫产术分娩且伴有子宫下段出血的产妇102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各51例。对照组接受卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗,试验组接受子宫下段压迫缝合联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗。比较两组出血量、子宫切除率、产后出血率及不良反应。结果试验组术中、产后24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组子宫切除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);试验组产后出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论子宫下段压迫缝合联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液应用于剖宫产术中子宫下段出血产妇,有助于提升出血控制效果,降低术中、产后出血量,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of suture of lower uterine segment combined with carprost aminobutanol injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of lower uterine segment during cesarean section. Methods 102 parturients who were delivered by cesarean section in hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 and accompanied by lower uterine segment bleeding were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with carprost tromethamine injection,while the experimental group was treated with lower uterine compression suture combined with carprost tromethamine injection. Blood loss,uterine resection rate,postpartum bleeding rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of intraoperative and postpartum blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in uterine resection rate between the two groups( P >0. 05). The postpartum hemorrhage rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical y significant( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions Lower uterine compression suture combined with carprost aminobutanol injection is applied to puerpera with lower uterine bleeding during cesarean section,which is helpful to improve the effect of bleeding control,reduce the amount of intraoperative and postpartum bleeding,and has a high safety.
