摘要
本文介绍了一种连续式网带传送热处理炉的研制,对其主要技术指标、设计要点、控温方式以及提高整机性能做了详细的论述。同时还提供了RT—1型热处理炉与箱式炉对压敏电阻进行热处理的技术参数对比,证明了该设备对提高电子陶瓷元器件一致性和可靠度的重要性。
The fabrication of a continuous conveyor furnace and its main technical data, design points, temperature control method, improvements of performance are fully described in this paper. It compares the technical data of va-ristors heat-treated by model RT-1 furnace and box furnace. The importance of this furnace in enhancement for uniformity and reliability of electronic ceramic elements is proved.
