本文详细介绍了电子陶瓷粉体钛酸钡制备技术的各种方法,尤其重点介绍了当前流行的液相共沉淀法及醇盐水解法,并对各种方法的优缺点作了比较。
Different methods of preparing BaTiO3 electronic ceramic ultromicro powders are introduced in details. The particular attention is given to the prevalent coprecipitation in liquid phase and hydrolysis of metal alkoxides. The advantages and weakness of different methods are compared.
