摘要
miRNAs是一类长度仅为18~25个核苷酸的内源性非编码小RNA,通过靶向蛋白质编码基因的信使RNA进行翻译抑制或转录调控来调节蛋白质表达,从而广泛地在细胞生物学功能中发挥作用。miRNA-21是人类基因组中最早发现的miRNAs之一,在多种人类肿瘤和癌细胞系中高表达,miRNA-21在致癌过程中起重要作用,与肿瘤细胞的高增殖、低凋亡、高侵袭和转移潜能相关。越来越多的研究表明,miRNA-21在肿瘤的发生和发展中扮演重要角色,并在肿瘤疾病的诊断、治疗及预后中显示出巨大的潜力,具有重要的研究价值。文章综述了miRNA-21在泌尿系统肿瘤特别是前列腺癌、膀胱癌和肾癌中的作用机制及临床价值。
The miRNAs are endogenous,non-coding small RNAs of only 18 to 25 nucleotides in length that regulate protein expression by targeting translational transcription or transcriptional regulation of messenger RNAs that encode proteinencoding genes,thus broadly in cell biology.Function plays a role.miRNA-21 is one of the earliest discovered miRNAs in the human genome.It is highly expressed in many human tumors and cancer cell lines.miRNA-21 plays an important role in carcinogenesis,with high proliferation,low apoptosis and high invasion of tumor cells.Transfer potential is related.More and more studies have shown that miRNA-21 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors,and has shown great potential in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of tumor diseases,and has important research value.This article reviews the mechanism and clinical value of miRNA-21 in urological tumors,especially prostate,bladder and kidney cancer.
