基于关系资本的产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性研究

Research on the Stability of the Strategic Alliance of Industrial Technological Innovation based on Relational Capital

分析并界定关系资本概念,提出产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性受到关系资本的影响,进而对不同的关系资本如何影响产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性进行深入分析,以便提出改进建议。基于此,通过分析亲属、同窗、伙伴、同乡以及利益五种关系资本对产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性的影响,构建基于关系资本的产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性模型,利用访谈和调查问卷的方式,对产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性进行定量研究,最后给出对策建议。

This paper analyses and defines the concept of relational capital,and puts forward the idea that the stability of strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation is affected by relational capital. More analyses are made on how different kinds of relational capital affect the stability of strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation in order to propose suggestions.Based on this,this paper constructs a model of the stability of industrial technological innovation strategic alliance based on relational capital by analyzing the impact of relatives,classmates,partnership,fellow villager and interest relationship capitals on the stability of industrial technological innovation strategic alliance. Quantitative analyses are made on the stability by using interviews and questionnaires,and the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
