基础设施、空间溢出与产业结构升级——基于长江经济带地级市的实证分析

Infrastructure,Spatial Spillover and the Upgrading of Industrial Structure:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Prefecture-level Cities in the Yangtze Economic Belt

基于2007—2016年长江经济带108个地级市的面板数据,采用空间杜宾模型考察基础设施及其空间溢出效应与产业结构升级的关系,结果显示:在对城市产业结构升级研究中,交通基础设施和通信基础设施均存在显著的空间溢出效应,并且总体而言,通信基础设施的溢出效应大于交通基础设施的溢出效应;从空间效应分解视角看,交通基础设施的直接效应和间接效应均高于通信基础设施的直接效应和间接效应,交通基础设施对周边城市产业结构升级的促进作用更显著;一个城市的经济发展水平、城市化率及固定资产投资对区域间产业结构升级具有程度不一的促进作用,但是劳动力和对外开放的溢出效应不明显。

Based on the panel data of 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze Economic Belt from 2007 to 2016,the paper studies the relationships between infrastructure and its spatial spillover effects with the upgrading of industrial structure by using Spatial Dubin Model.The results show that in the study of urban industrial structure upgrading,the traffic infrastructure and the communications infrastructure have significant spatial spillover effects,and generally speaking,the spillover effect of communications infrastructure is greater than that of the transportation infrastructure;From the perspective of spatial effect decomposition,both the direct and indirect effects of transportation infrastructure are higher than those of communication infrastructure,and the promotion effect of transportation infrastructure on industrial structure upgrading of surrounding cities is more significant.The economic development,urbanization and fixed asset investment of a city have different promotion effects on the upgrading of industrial structure between regions,but the spillover effects of labor force and opening to the outside world are not obvious.
