基于教育公平的视角看开放大学的发展——以云南开放大学试点建设为例

On the Development of Open University in the Perspective of Educational Equity A Case Study of Pilot Construction of Yunnan Open University

公平正义是社会进步的本质要求,教育公平是社会发展的重要基础。我国的开放大学是在建设终身教育体系、构建学习型社会的大背景下应运而生的一种以现代信息技术为支撑,面向全体社会成员开展远程开放教育的新型大学。促进教育公平是开放大学的价值取向,云南开放大学从高等教育入学机会、教育资源配置、教育过程和学习成果认证等四个方面,为促进教育公平进行了富有成效的探索。

Equity and justice is an essential requirement of social progress. Educational equity is an important foundation for social development. The Open University in China is a modern information technology support that is set up under the background of lifelong education system and in the construction of a learning- based society and is a new open and distance learning institution for all members of society. The improvement of the educational equity is the value orientation of the Open University. Yunnan Open University has made its fruitful exploration to promote the educational equity in terms of entrance opportunity, educational resources allocation, educational processes and learning outcomes certification.
