摘要
势垒贯穿和隧道效应是理工科大学量子力学教学的一个重点和难点.在传统的教学中,教师往往只是基于对粒子的波函数的推导和解析,由于推导和解析过程的繁琐和困难,导致了教学效果不佳,学生对于势垒贯穿和隧道效应的认识仅仅停留在表面,而没有从物理的本质中去认识该部分内容,因此,本文基于Matlab强大的计算和可视化功能,将势垒贯穿和隧道效应的教学可视化,使得教学过程更加直观和具体,让学生从本质上理解该部分内容,从而为后面的学习打下坚实的基础.
The barrier penetration and tunneling effect is a key and difficult point in the teaching of quantum mechanics in science and engineering universities.In traditional teaching,teachers are often based on the derivation and analysis of the wave function of particles.Due to the cumbersome and difficult process of derivation and analysis,the teaching effect is not good.Students’understanding of barrier penetration and tunneling only stays in the teaching.Surface,but not from the essence of physics to understand this part of the content,therefore,based on the powerful computing and visualization functions of Matlab,the visualization of barrier penetration and tunneling,making the teaching process more intuitive and specific,allowing students to Essentially understand this part of the content,thus laying a solid foundation for later learning.
