摘要
采用顺丁烯二酸酐改性带有立体端基结构的聚酯前驱体,然后用带有立体端基结构的前驱体对聚氨酯进行处理,将立体结构分子链段接枝到聚氨酯上,最终得到立体结构水性聚氨酯树脂.以水性聚氨酯树脂为主体系,并用水性丙烯酸树脂调节性能,辅以功能助剂及成膜助剂,制得水性转移镭射涂料并应用于真空镀铝镭射纸,有效解决了溶剂型镭射涂料环保性能差以及安全性不良造成的无法实现高速涂布的问题,实现真空镀铝镭射纸绿色、高效、安全生产.
Polyester precursor with stereoscopic structure modified from maleic anhvdride are adopted to deal with polyurethane,through molecular chain segments grafting to finally obtain stereoscopic waterborne polyurethane resin.Waterborne transferred laser coating are manufactured through combining waterborne polyurethane resin with the adjustment function of waterborne acrylic resin as well as functional additives and coalescing agents,which is applied to vaccum transferred laser paper,effectively figure out fasting coating bottleneck caused by solvent laser coating with the weekness in envitonmental protection and safety,which can achieve green,effective and safty in vacuum metallized laser paper production.
