摘要
采用磁光复合微球标记抗重金属铬离子抗体,通过磁分离富集重金属铬离子,并基于免疫竞争法检测样品中的重金属铬离子.所建立的基于磁光复合微球的重金属铬离子快速检测方法,检测重金属铬离子的灵敏度为0.69 ng/mL,检测限为0.04 ng/mL,并具有良好的特异性和准确性.磁光复合微球能够通过磁分离快速富集样品,使用简便快速,可用于对不同样品的快速检测.
Magnetic fluorescent composite microspheres were used to label anti-chromium ion murine polyclonal antibodies.A rapid detection method of heavy metal chromium ion based on magnetic fluorescent composite microspheres was established.Chromium ions in the sample were enriched by magnetic separation and detected by immunization competition method.The sensitivity of the test strips for heavy metal chromium ion was 0.69 ng/mL,the detection limit was 0.04 ng/mL,and it had good specificity and accuracy.Magnetic fluorescent composite microspheres can rapidly enrich samples by magnetic separation,which is simple and fast,and can be used for rapid detection of different samples.
