商业银行服务创新衡量研究

摘要 商业银行最重要的商品就是提供无形的"服务",而顾客对服务业的期待,也是希望享有让自己满意的服务品质,使自己的消费能有物超所值的价值,所以服务创新是服务业首应重视的工作。本研究以商业银行资深高层主管、学界及业外专业人员为问卷调查对象,进行三次的调查,意见收敛,运用德尔菲分析法计算出各类型的权重。研究结果显示,我国商业银行服务创新以"作业流程的新颖度"中的"营销模式的改变"最为重要;"服务修正"中以"银行经营策略"最为重要;"服务对市场的新颖度"中以"新服务对市场的影响"最为重要;"服务对银行的新颖度"以"新产品与服务开发条件"最为重要。
