城市住宅价格影响因素分析——基于特征价格模型的研究

摘要 本文借鉴现有的Hedonic特征价格模型,尝试构建了城市住宅价格的Hedonic模型。并以"中指指数数据库"提供的相关数据为基础,对模型进行了拟合分析,得出了可供实际使用的计量经济学模型,对研究其他类型房地产的定价问题具有一定的指导意义。
