并购支付方式选择影响因素研究述评——基于并购方视角

摘要
并购支付主要分为股份支付和现金支付两种方式,在选择的过程中,可能受到控制权、股价等因素的影响,本文尝试着从并购方视角对并购支付方式进行解释。
