探析薪酬体系框架与考核方式对个人绩效薪酬选择的影响 被引量:2

摘要 基于当前企业更加注重人才培养的情况下,规划设计公平公正的、合情合理的个人绩效薪酬选择方案,可以激励员工,使员工为企业做出卓越贡献。当然,要想使个人绩效薪酬选择更为公平合理,应当了解薪酬体系框架与考核方式,并对其予以合理利用,使个人绩效薪酬选择更加合理。那么,薪酬体系框架与考核方式是如何影响个人绩效薪酬选择的呢?本文将对此展开分析与探讨。
